Ou est Waldo Maintenant?

A Gastronomical Map of France

OK — I realize I have lost a few of my readers along the way. Some people travel to destinations — I travel to food. In this episode of ‘Ou est Waldo Maintenant’, here is a gastronomic map of France from the early 1920s.

I used a yellow car and red arrows to show our course as we navigate from one dish to another. Currently, we are in Provence but will soon be driving into Perigord for truffles and then up to Brittany for seafood and mouton a pre-sale.

The stories I post may arrive out of order because of time limitations and the immense time required to write my babble and perhaps an occasional recipe.
