I go on and off of keto and find I sleep a thousand times better and have insanely vivid dreams (and not of food). I also do 18:6 fasting like someone else mentioned, and luckily experience absolutely no side effects except wanting to eat my phone in the forty-five minutes before I start eating for the day. I was a chef for thirty years and now sell food to chefs. I know, first world problems but it is hard to spend my day talking about food all day long without feeling hunger. Good luck on round two.

My earliest attempt at cookery began with the filleting of my sister's goldfish at age 2 and cooking my pet rabbits by age 7. Life has been downhill ever since.
