Cythia, If I am eating a Grand Aioli, I am thinking of either a Pastis, glass of orange (or lemon) wine, or even something like a Capari sprintz. Grand Aioli's sound like they are light, BUT if you are like me, I eat too much aioli and it becomes more filling. For dessert I want the simplest of fruit tarts - something like a peach or nectarine tart comes to mind.
